Why Play For The Outlaws?

The Mizuno Outlaws Showcase Baseball Club is one of the most developmentally focused, and well coached baseball programs in the United States. The Mizuno Outlaws focuses on athlete skill and acumen development by fostering the highest level of competition to prepare our players for their next level.

The Outlaws looks to accomplish 3 Goals:
  1. Attract baseball players, and families, that want to play varsity, college and/or professional baseball.
  2. Develop those players through competitive and instructional practices and training sessions, as well as highly competitive tournaments.
  3. Guide our players through the recruiting and scouting process. For college recruiting we will place our players with college programs that fit their ability, skill level, and academic profile. For pro scouting, we will put them in the best position to be successful at the professional level.

About The Outlaws

"DEVELOP, COMPETE, COMMIT"
The Mizuno Outlaws Showcase Baseball organization develops 11U-18U baseball players through professional coach led practices, training sessions, competitive games and tournaments. We strive to develop baseball performance, baseball acumen, in game skill and team camaraderie throughout our teams at all age levels.  Simply put, our purpose is to develop elite baseball players.

Our mission is to prepare our players to be physically and mentally ready to compete at their next level whether it be transitioning to the Big Field, high school baseball, college baseball or professional baseball.

Our vision is to guide every player in the Mizuno Outlaws organization to college and/or professional baseball.

We will accomplish our mission and vision through our development platform and relationships with college coaches and professional scouts.

Development

The Outlaws have an outstanding training program to develop the 5-Tool player.  Through our TeamBuildr application, we provide our players strength, conditioning, hitting and throwing training programs during the fall, winter, spring & summer seasons.  Players will have access to these baseball specific training programs via the TeamBuilder application.  They will be held accountable for their completion of the daily workouts by our Director of Sports Performance Kevin Nadeau as well as our baseball coaches.

In addition to training programs, we host player development weekends in the fall, winter, spring and early summer where we focus on position specific and team oriented skills and concepts.  These development weekends are usually one or two days where we gather every player in the program together to do a deep dive into baseball player development of position specific skills and in-game IQ.

COMPEtition

The Outlaws believe in a development-based approach to learning and playing baseball that stresses excellence in athleticism, baseball-specific skills and baseball IQ. Our athletes develop through a program that promotes competition at three different levels:
  • Intra-personal (competing with yourself)
  • Intra-team (competing with your teammates)
  • Inter-team (competing with your opponent)
Our coaches are committed to teaching our players how to compete to be the best version of themselves individually and collectively, everyday.

COMMITMENT

Every player in our high school age group receives dedicated recruiting advocates in the coach(es) of his team, as well as the leadership of the organization in Eric Crozier and Marcus Robinson.  Additionally, every player at the showcase level in our organization has  a ConnectBaseball profile that is leveraged to find the best academic and athletic fit your son at the collegiate level.  Based on our years of knowledge and experience, we will assess your son's ability and guide your family through the recruiting process to achieve the goal of playing college baseball.

If your son is a Division I level player and has an eye on playing professional baseball, we will leverage our relationships with professional scouts and crosscheckers to ensure that he is prepared for the MLB draft in the spring of his senior year in high school or after his college career.
