The Outlaws looks to accomplish 3 Goals:
- Attract baseball players, and families, that want to play varsity, college and/or professional baseball.
- Develop those players through competitive and instructional practices and training sessions, as well as highly competitive tournaments.
- Guide our players through the recruiting and scouting process. For college recruiting we will place our players with college programs that fit their ability, skill level, and academic profile. For pro scouting, we will put them in the best position to be successful at the professional level.

Development
The Outlaws have an outstanding training program to develop the 5-Tool player. Through our TeamBuildr application, we provide our players strength, conditioning, hitting and throwing training programs during the fall, winter, spring & summer seasons. Players will have access to these baseball specific training programs via the TeamBuilder application. They will be held accountable for their completion of the daily workouts by our Director of Sports Performance as well as our baseball coaches.
In addition to training programs, we host player development weekends in the fall, winter, spring and early summer where we focus on position specific and team oriented skills and concepts. These development weekends are usually one or two days where we gather every player in the program together to do a deep dive into baseball player development of position specific skills and in-game IQ.

COMPEtition
The Outlaws believe in a development-based approach to learning and playing baseball that stresses excellence in athleticism, baseball-specific skills and baseball IQ. Our athletes develop through a program that promotes competition at three different levels:
- Intra-personal (competing with yourself)
- Intra-team (competing with your teammates)
- Inter-team (competing with your opponent)
COMMITMENT
Every player in our program receives dedicated recruiting advocates in the coach(es) of his team, as well as the leadership of the organization. Additionally, every player at the showcase level in our organization has a SportsRecruits profile that is leveraged to find the best academic and athletic fit your son at the collegiate level. Based on our years of knowledge and experience, we will assess your son's ability and guide your family through the recruiting process to achieve the goal of playing college baseball.
If your son is a Division I level player and has an eye on playing professional baseball, we will leverage our relationships with professional scouts and crosscheckers to ensure that he is prepared for the MLB draft in the spring of his senior year in high school or after his college career.
